The elasticised support was simple and surprisingly effective for pain in the sole of my foot due to persistent tendon strain. The gel arch support spread bodyweight out over a larger area while the elastic sleeve provided breathable support.

Absolute game changer. I’ve had terrible plantar fasciitis for over 2 months absolutely suffering through my physical job on my feet all day. I’ve tried insoles, bought very expensive shoes etc, nothing seemed to help. I bought these at my wits end and today I walked pain free for the entire day. Unbelievable difference. The gel sac under your arch raises your heel ever so slightly off the base of your shoes lessening the contact and therefore the pain. I walk about 17 kms per day so this is literally ground breaking. Wish I’d bought them sooner . Thank you Pain Free ,!!!!!!

I’m happy with them, but they do take a bit of getting used to. It would help if you put instructions on your website or with the product, on how to put them on, as in the photo I believe they are not put on correctly. From all the YouTube videos I have searched, the writing goes near your toes, and the marker lines up with your big toe. Once I did it the correct way, they did help the pain in my feet considerably.
