I've had recent foot surgery which has left both feet a little numb in a couple of toes and the balls of my feet feel like I've got no padding under them. This results in painful burning and I have been unable to walk 18 holes of golf since my op. These gel pads are a godsend - I am now able to walk 5-10 klm with relatively little pain under the balls of my feet.

I have a lot of pain at the back of my bigger toe and second toe as well as hammer toe sometimes walking it got so sore that i could barely put weight on it or sometime not able to depress accelerator or brake on car so i would not drive so i bought these and instant relief when i go walking before i used to get to 1 k then pain would start second day you could hardly walk on your foot this is the best thing i have found the gel relief is right on the sore point at the back of the two toes just did a couple of 4 k walks and no problem no pain what so ever wish i had these 15 years ago. fir me the sat perfectly on foot where weight besrimg pain was and no slippage during the walk i wear size 12.5 wide or 13 shoe was a it tight to start but should ease off after awhile very happy with my purchase i bought 2 very happy with this company and highly recommend this product THANK YOU very much

It would be nice if the top part of the pad was longer to go up the foot. Have had to put padding underneath it to protect the scar.

Seems to be of good quality, soft silicone insert on the bottom, but haven't worn them around yet. Will definitely have to get used to having the stitching in between the toes and wouldn't really be able to wear these with open toe shoes
