This shoulder brace has been great. It's been helping me with continuing training while recovering from a shoulder tear and tendonitis. Comfortable, minimal adjustments need (mostly when doing up downs) and easy to wash.

Surprised at how well the brace relieves pain in the shoulder, even during sleep! It felt a little uncomfortable in armpit area at first but fine now. Wore it over a t-shirt for a while to alieve the armpit issue.

I find that this shoulderbrace makes a difference while physically working as it definitely supports my shoulder. One disadvantage is the fact that you'll get pretty sweaty underneath on a warm day. All in all a improvement and pain relief. My advice is to buy two so you can have one in the wash at the same time.

I have an AC injury, bursitis, falsification, impingement and arthritis. So I bought my brace in hope.
It has helped- I have noticed a reduction in pain, greater security and confidence in the joint.
I wear it for three or four hours, remove it to let my shoulder ‘breathe’ then back on.
The only thing I would add is that one size does NOT fit all- I’m probably at the maximum size that the brace could accommodate (chest 43cms, 116 kgs) so do consider that.

I teach and train karate and have found it supports my shoulder well.
During the fast movement , I was getting pain.
Since wearing your brace , I have reduced the pain to a niggle.
Only thing I found is that I have to wear a skins or a light shirt under the brace due to rubbing .

My only complaint not a harsh one, but, how about some sort of diagram instructions on how to fit it properly. That’s it, otherwise awesome product
