I'm 86 years old. Following chemotherapy for lymphoma, my fingers are permanently cold and numb. and give me a sometimes-painful pins-and-needles sensation. The gloves do help to reduce the discomfort. Their drawback is that they are easy to put on, but hard to get off except by drawing them down with a wrist grip, which turns them inside-out. They then need to be restored to right-side-out before they can be put on again. I find this very difficult, and it inhibits me from using the gloves more often.

The pain i have in my lower thumb area from carpal tunnel can be excruciating. Apart from providing strength and support to my hand and thumb area in particular, the level of pain decreases significantly when wearing the gloves.
